Frequently Asked Questions
Building safer communities by teaching cameras how to think.
What does Ojo AI do?
Ojo AI turns your existing security cameras into verified alerts and simple reporting. Instead of staring at live feeds, you get notified when something important happens and can review the event with clear context.
Do I need to replace my cameras?
No. Ojo AI is designed to work with existing camera setups. If you can provide a camera stream or connection that your system already supports, you can usually onboard without changing hardware.
How long does setup take?
Most customers can get started in minutes. The basic flow is: create an account, connect a camera or site, and confirm you are receiving events. If you are deploying across multiple sites or using a VMS integration, setup can take longer depending on your environment.
What kinds of alerts can I get?
Ojo AI is built for security and operations use cases. Common examples include after-hours activity, vehicle activity logs, and camera health issues. Alert types and availability can vary by deployment and integrations enabled.
What is a “verified alert”?
A verified alert is an event that includes enough context to act quickly, such as what was detected, when it happened, and the associated camera and site. The goal is to reduce noise so teams can respond faster and spend less time on false alarms.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per camera, billed monthly. Each enabled camera counts toward your plan. You can add or remove cameras at any time as your needs change.
